JRuby 1.7.16 发布，Java 版的 Ruby 解释器

JRuby 1.7.16 发布，此版本现已提供 下载 。

JRuby 1.7.16 的目标跟 JRuby 1.7 一样是为了解决 Ruby 1.9.3 的兼容性问题。

改进记录

• 修复了 symbolic 链接和 Ruby 加载相关的回退问题

• 提升了一倍 FileTest.directory 的性能
