该版本主要更改：

• Maven plugin "generate" goal can include type system imports in the generated descriptors (thanks to Jacob Carter)

• Added FSUtil.isMultiValuedFeature signature that works without a feature structure

• 修复: indexCovered 不应该返回引用注释

• 修复: (J)CasUtil.selectAt 可能返回一组错误的注释
