定义和用法
umask() 函数改变文件的文件权限。
该函数把 PHP 的 umask 设置为 mask & 0777 并返回原来的 umask。然而，如果您调用 umask() 时不带参数，则会返回当前的 umask。
语法
umask(mask)

| mask | 可选。规定新的权限。默认是 0777。 mask 参数由四个数字组成：
