tidb自带的监控是grafana系统，默认登录端口是3000
1、进入admin-Users
2、"Users" - "Add or Invite"
3、输入Username、Name，后面Role选择Viewer，下面Skip sending invite email选上。
4、进去，Pending Invitations界面，看到新建的账号devleperread。
5、点击上面的Details，会看到下面的url连接地址
6、打开url地址，输入初始化密码，email地址（地址随意输入一个，暂时没有发现有啥用），下一步
7、创建完成，自动跳到监控界面，而且是当前创建的新用户登录的。
8、进去home目录，下拉有很多监控指标，就可以看看监控数据
如下，进Cluster选项卡，看tikv总体监控数据cpu、store size等等
