TOGL 是 Value 公司开发的一个 DirectX 到 OpenGL 的翻译层。翻译层是直接取自基于Source引擎的DOTA2源码树，支持有限的D3D 9.0c特性子集，字节码级HLSL到GLSL翻译器，部分支持SM3。如果这个 DX9.0c子集 是Xbox360 API，那么这个工具或可以方便游戏工作室将Xbox360游戏移植到基于Linux的Steam Box平台。
