软件介绍
本项目 bugsys 基于台俊峰的 bugs fly 项目，采用 jfinal+freemarker+bootstrap 架构的一个任务管理系统。
将其改造为maven项目，在此基础上改正bug，添加一些新的功能。
主要增加实现如下：
1.项目成员之间可以互相分配任务，实现其扁平化管理。
2.添加任务提醒功能。
3.展示项目所有任务处理情况统计图
4.打印项目所有任务日志信息
