======vTiger 是根据 SugarCRM 的程序，移除原本的商标，新加上了一些模块,并且加上一个安装程序，以重新命名为vTigerCRM。虽然感觉上觉得不是很对，但是根据 SugarCRM 公众授权 (SPL)条款，这个举动似乎是合法的；SPL是根据 Mozilla Public Licence 改编而来。vTiger 接着公开程式码是源自于SugarCRM以及完整保留其中的授权资讯，藉此确保没有违反 SPL 的协议。
